Tech Savvy VA Needed

I am a Solopreneur and need a dependable VA who has the following characteristics:

Essential experience / Skills (please don’t apply if you don’t have these)

white labeled version of GHL called Funnel Gorgeous…

#2 Video Editing experience, I produce a lot of videos and can do video editing myself but I need someone who can help make my videos look high quality, including intros, outros, annotations and end cards for YouTube use.

#3 Graphic design skills, I produce lots of worksheets and workbooks that I need to look pretty and align with my brand.

#4 Stripe payments system, creating invoices, subscriptions, registration pages and integrating it with Funnel Gorgeous (GHL)

#5 Very confident and comfortable with all aspects of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and to a lesser degree twitter.

The most common tasks I will require of you include:

1) Editing videos to a high quality to put on YouTube and into my GHL platform via vimeo I will do the first edit so you don’t need to edit out mistakes in my content, You just need to add the bells and whistles.

2) Creating new opt-in and registration pages in Funnel (Gorgeous) integrating it with stripe and setting up follow up and nurture email sequences.

3) Creating worksheets, lead magnets and work books for me with a consistent look feel and branding in whatever publishing software you are familiar with.

4) Creating high resolution social media banners and posts for FB pages and profiles, for YouTube, LinkedIn and Instagram.

If you are the right person I am thinking long term but I need you to be dependable, we need to have a system of daily feedback so I know where you are up to on tasks.

I know I am potentially looking for a magical unicorn but hopefully not…

My last VA could do all these things but sadly became very unreliable in term of getting work done and making it to appointments and in the end it just became too hard…

Oh and one last thing I am in the Personal Finance and Financial Wellbeing space so if you are to be the right person I will need to see the words – “Financially Fit” in your application

I am am initially looking for someone around the 15 to 20 hours a week but suspect this will grow over time and as your prove your capabilities.

I would be open to considering an agency with different people who specialize in individual tasks but there needs to be central coordination and task need to be completed in a time efficient manner.
