American Company Looking for Administrative Marketing & Sales Assistants

We are looking for experienced Administrative Marketing & Sales Assistants to join our team. Our company has been in business for over 20 years and is looking for long-term stable workers to help in our team.

Your daily tasks include but not limited to:
– Using web-based tools to create and edit audio, video, image and text contents.
– You can potentially be working through live web chat and through telephone calls with our clients. So excellent verbal and written English skills are a must.
– Working with our Product and Fulfillment team to assist in any other creative, sales and marketing tasks as necessary

Requirements:
– Reliable high speed Internet service and good laptop / computer specifications. You will be mostly using web-based tools and may need to work with multiple windows, so please do not apply if your internet connection and computer is slow.
– Ability to speak English with a neutral accent and type in English with good grammar.
– Experience in customer service/telemarketing calls. Previous call center experience is a major plus.
– Ability to work during Pacific Time
– Quiet work space is a must.
– Must be tech savvy, we want someone who understands and comfortable with technology and is able to easily navigate themselves around web-based tools.
– If you have worked with video and image editing tools in the past, that’s a definitely plus.
– Must have some knowledge and good understanding of digital marketing
– Must have strong work ethic and be willing to do a high volume of chats and phone calls if necessary. Experience is not required, but you must at least have the right personality and be willing to do it whenever it is required in the future.

Your English needs to be excellent in order for us to consider you. Please do not apply unless you are VERY confident in your English speaking skills, and if you are unwilling or unable to do telemarketing calls.

This is a direct company employment (we are not an agency) and the position is open for immediate hire. We do not have a long hiring process. If after the interview, we think you are the best fit for the position, you can possibly be hired immediately.
