Role Overview: As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing our mission to life. You’ll be at the helm of various marketing strategies, diving deep into AI-powered content creation, email campaigns, website updates, social media strategies, and much more. This position is dynamic, encompassing a range of responsibilities that touch every corner of our startup’s marketing engine.

Primary Responsibilities:

-Execute and oversee diverse marketing strategies, from content ideation to social media outreach.
-Utilize AI tools like Opus, Descript, Oasis, and Cast Magic to efficiently create a large volume of content from recorded interviews and videos.
-Edit recordings using Descript to remove filler words, then use Opus to create short-form video content like reels for various social media platforms.
-Generate text-based content and social media posts using Oasis and Cast Magic.
-Aim to create a minimum of 50 pieces of content per week, including 5 unique posts shared across 10 different platforms.
-Conduct LinkedIn outreach using Sales Navigator to find and onboard potential sales representatives to the Remote Rep platform.
-Develop and send targeted cold email campaigns to introduce potential sales representatives to the Remote Rep platform.
-Track, maintain, and analyze marketing metrics and data to inform future decisions.
-Engage, maintain, and strategize for our presence in online communities such as Facebook groups, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
-Write and schedule email marketing for various email lists and campaigns.
-Support our sales team by helping to book 200 appointments monthly.
-Drive user growth, targeting 10,000 reps and 5,000 companies in the app before Christmas.

Qualifications:

-A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing.
-Familiarity with the tech or job board industries is a plus.
-Proficiency in AI content creation tools like Opus, Descript, Oasis, and Cast Magic.
-Experience with GoHighLevel, Google Analytics, GSuite, Google Data Studio, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, ChatGPT, and other relevant tools.

Location:

This is a 100% remote position, offering the freedom we advocate for. However, occasional travels for meetings and events may be expected.

Reporting Structure:

The Marketing Coordinator will report directly to the COO and CEO.
