Job Description

Digital Dragon Technology is a technology company based in Orange County, California. We enable businesses with technology so they can focus on their core business.

Duties
Individual will be responsible for many activities in the business including but not limited to

Tech Support
You must have a degree in computer science or at least 5 years experience with networking support, pc support, security camera support.
Must be able to solve problems over the phone or over screenshare.
With a positive attitude and expert networking knowledge and years of experience troubleshoot various problems over the phone.

Internet Quoting Support
Using online tools and training to create custom quotes according to customer request. To do this successfully you will need to learn each internet technology fully and deeply along with the process of doing a serviceability request, budgetary quote, formal quote, contract generation and follow up, and completion submission.

Systems Manage & Maintain
You will be managing and maintaining other peoples networks and security camera systems. In order to do this you must have detailed knowledge and over 5 years of hands on experience in the following technologies. You must be detail oriented and maybe a little OCD. Working with field team, you must able to read and draw a diagram of customer network and keep it updated.

Documentation
You will create process and procedures for everything that you do. Using college level english, you will write detailed notes of each customer interaction.

Field Service Dispatch
You will manage support of field dispatch. To do this you will manage multiple field workers and their calendars.

Skillset
Networking – TCP/IP stack. NTP, NAT, Port Forwarding, SNMP, SMTP, VPN, administration best practices.
Security Camera Systems – RTSP, ONVIF
You must show the capacity and willingness to learn and contribute to a winning team.

Requirements
You should have degree in computer science or equivalent
You must have at least 5 years of experience providing excellent networking support
You must excellent written and verbal communication in english
You must be able to work Monday to Friday 8-6pm California Time PST and some nights and weekends as needed.
