???? RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Ensures functionality and stability in all websites, landing pages, and workflows
* Set up Kajabi integrations and automations
* Create visually appealing short opt-in pages and longer landing pages
* Monitor and report on systems once integrated and troubleshoot any issues
* Responsible for tech and email campaigns, social media management and engagement, and growing social media following (LinkedIn and Instagram)
* Content writing from a podcast interview and send it to the client for approval and turn it into a social media content
* Create and repurpose graphics, and captions, and use hashtags to maximize visual impact and engagement on posts
* Maximize SEO on content creation to widen reach and visibility
* Handles technical responsibilities related to editing podcasts and making audio files
* Assist in all tasks with deadlines, launches, and projects
* Assisting the client to pitch the podcast to the target audiences
* Recommends a certain invoicing system
* Ensures that receipts and invoices are organized and correct
???? QUALIFICATIONS:
* At least 2 years of experience working as a Tech Support VA and Social Media Assistant or a similar role
* Proven experience in Kajabi, Content Writing, Graphic Design, Web Design & Management, and Social Media Management & Engagement (LinkedIn and Instagram)
* Solid working knowledge of all key social platforms
* Ability to identify, report and track relevant metrics
* Excellent technical awareness and attention to detail
* Creative with the layout and formatting of web pages
* Highly proficient in a software used for invoicing
* Must be highly organized, efficient, systemized, structured, responsive, and mature
* Outstanding organizational and time management skills
* Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
* A passionate self-starter, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
