As a tech support specialist, you will play a crucial role in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure smooth operations and a seamless user experience. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining our systems, supporting our users, and driving measurable results through effective technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to users by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
Respond to technical inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware components to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate closely with the IT team and other departments to understand and address technical needs and challenges.
Utilize advanced troubleshooting techniques to resolve complex technical problems.
Keep accurate records of technical issues and solutions using a ticketing system.
Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and techniques in IT and technical support to continuously improve skills and workflows.
Contribute creative ideas and innovative solutions to enhance the technical infrastructure and improve user experience.
Requirements:
