Full-Time Tech Virtual Assistant with “Perfect” English Wanted: Work for a Great Team for a long-term position.
Job Description:
I am hiring a full-time (30-40 hours per week) experienced tech virtual assistant to help support 2 business owners across our 3 businesses for our tech, marketing, and administrative tasks and in creating systems for our online business management and coaching businesses.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Proven experience as a Tech Virtual Assistant r (this is NOT your first time doing VA work)
-Tech-savvy
-Great attention to detail
-Experience with Divi & Elementor in WordPress with the ability to upload blog posts & podcast episodes
-Enjoys working in email platforms like MailerLite and Flodesk and has experience in tagging and segmenting lists and sending newsletters
-Excellent email and Slack communication skills
-Excellent time management skills
-Loves working in ClickUp
-Solid organizational, pro-activity, and follow-through skills
-Proficient in Google Workspace

-You’re the type to hone in on what the problem is, come up with a solution, present the solution to the team, and then quickly execute on your idea
??-Your current schedule has room and availability for a daily role that requires availability in the am of Europe and is 30-40 hours/week, Monday through Friday, without overwhelm or the need to juggle many balls in order for the role to fit into your life

Teresa is a certified online business manager serving primarily heart-centered coaches. They each have their own businesses AND they have a partnership (Aligned Scaling Consultants) where they work with mission-driven entrepreneurs to provide scaling strategies, systems, and operations.
-We have been in business for 4 years but the partnership is new this year

ABOUT THE POSITION:
-Document procedures, create SOPs, & then follow those procedures
-General recurring tech, admin, and email tasks
-Organization of the business backend
-Graphic creation
-Putting podcast episodes together and scheduling (very minimal editing)
-Blog creation & uploading
-Repurposing podcast transcript and social media content to multiple platforms (summarizing and formatting for each platform individually)
-Creating and scheduling e-mail newsletters
-Pitching podcasts for Andrea to be interviewed on as a guest
-Potential social media repurposing work
-Help in creation of email opt-ins
-30ish hours per week to start, with the ability to grow into a 40-hour/week role with career opportunity growth in our company
-Will provide on the job training
-Willing to have weekly Zoom meetings for onboarding, training and strategizing
