Initial work schedule: 10:00 am to 12:00 pm PST, Mondays to Fridays
Rate: $6-7 per hour DOE
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Tech Virtual Assistant (VA) to support our network’s operations and assist in various technical tasks. The ideal candidate must possess expertise in a range of platforms including Kajabi, Streamyard, Zoom, Facebook Groups, Canva, Google Suite, social media platforms, and more. This position requires strong project management skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. A spiritual and heart-centered approach is highly preferred to align with the values and mission of our network.
Responsibilities:
1. Event Management:
a. Coordinate and promote online events, including creating forms, transferring data to Google Sheets, designing event graphics, adding events to calendars, and creating Facebook invites.
b. Develop landing pages on Kajabi for each event and update them as necessary.
c. Prepare weekly email newsletters on Kajabi highlighting upcoming events.
d. Post event replays in the membership area on Kajabi after events conclude.
2. Onboarding and Communication Processes:
a. Assist in creating communication and onboarding processes for new network members, including creating graphics for instructional videos and written instructions.
b. Set up FAQ landing pages on Kajabi and update sales pages as needed.
3. Membership Management:
a. Set up and maintain member profiles, event landing pages, and offers on Kajabi.
b. Help organize and optimize the backend of the membership platform for ease of navigation.
c. Document systems and processes to create standard operating procedures (SOPs).
4. Marketing and Promotions:
a. Create promotional materials, graphics, and videos for marketing and attracting new members.
b. Produce reels and stories for Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram using existing video content.
5. Project Management and CRM:
a. Research and recommend a suitable project management and communication tool.
b. Assist in building out a CRM system to manage member interactions and communications.
6. Content Management:
a. Schedule and post interviews and shows using Streamyard.
b. Transcribe interviews and summarize key points.
c. Create smaller promotional clips from interview recordings for marketing purposes.
7. Back Work and Organization:
a. Enhance existing content on YouTube by adding cards, updating banners, and cataloging videos.
b. Gather and edit testimonials from various sources for website and social media posting.
Qualifications:
– Proficiency in Kajabi, Streamyard, Zoom, Facebook Groups, Canva, and the Google Suite.
– Experience with social media platforms including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
– Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
– Experience in creating and optimizing landing pages, offers, and email sequences.
– Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools (Notion experience is a plus).
– Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

– Ability to work independently and take initiative in solving problems.
