We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tech Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Tech Virtual Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative and technical support to ensure smooth operations and enhance productivity. Your ability to handle a wide range of technical tasks while maintaining excellent communication and organizational skills will be crucial to your success in this role. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your location.
Job Description:
• Technical Support: Provide expert-level technical assistance to clients, colleagues, and stakeholders, addressing their queries and troubleshooting issues related to various technology platforms, and software applications.
• Administrative Assistance: Assist in managing and organizing digital files & ensuring effective time management and prioritization of tasks. Prepare relevant documents as required.
• Software and Application Management: Stay updated with the latest software and applications relevant to the organization’s needs. Assist in researching, recommending, implementing, and managing various software tools to streamline workflows and optimize productivity. The task will also include adding & removing employees, managing the various group email boxes, and updating all the logins.
• Data Management: Efficiently handle data entry, data analysis, and data organization tasks, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Collaborate with relevant teams to maintain secure and confidential data handling processes.
• Training and Documentation: Develop training materials/SOPs, user guides, and documentation for various technology tools and processes. Conduct virtual training sessions to educate team members and stakeholders on technology-related topics.
• Communication and Collaboration: Maintain regular communication with team members, clients, and vendors to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any technology-related concerns. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Tech Virtual Assistant or in a similar technical support role.
• Strong technical knowledge across various platforms and software applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (the entire environment not just the MS Office tools) is a MUST.
• Proficiency in website management (classic editor code based & WIX block editor) and intranet management (Microsoft Sharepoint).
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient in using productivity tools, project management software, and remote collaboration platforms.
• Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
• Laptop or desktop that is at least I5, or I5 equivalent and above.
• Strong internet connection with backup internet available.
