We’re seeking a super tech-savvy Program Tech Assistant to ensure the seamless operation of our online school’s technology infrastructure.

In this pivotal role, you’ll manage and enhance our new Learning Management System (LMS), Xperiencify, and oversee our suite of program delivery tech tools including Airtable, Stacker, ClickUp, Zoom, and more.

Your mission will be to maintain the efficiency of our program delivery tech systems, integrate systems for streamlined reporting, provide top-notch technical support to our team and students, and continually elevate the student experience through strategic technology management.

Key Responsibilities and Objectives:

1. LMS Management
Take charge of the LMS to ensure optimal performance. Responsibilities include updating modules, managing content uploads, transitioning legacy functions to new LMS features, managing email communications within the LMS, and overseeing user access and engagement tools like tags and badges.

2. Technical Support for Students & Staff
Be the first point of contact for resolving technical issues related to system access, passwords, and email delivery for both students and staff. This includes supporting specific tools like Airtable and Zoom.

3. Data Management and Reporting
Create and manage data reports in tools like Stacker and Airtable, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. You’ll also integrate LMS reporting with Airtable to enhance data accessibility and analysis.

4. Program Delivery Tech Process Improvement and Integration
Streamline and improve tech processes to enhance team efficiency and the student experience. This involves conducting tech audits, recommending software upgrades, and integrating various tools like Xperiencify, ClickUp, and Airtable to minimize manual work and improve process efficiency.

5. Tech Support to Program Team
Work closely with the Program Manager and team to align technology with program objectives, ensuring high satisfaction levels with the tech solutions implemented. Responsibilities include managing system access for the team and configuring tools like ClickUp and AirTable to support program management needs.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Experience in managing online programs delivery through LMS + attendance tracking systems
Experience with LMS platforms and program delivery tools such as Xperiencify, Airtable, Stacker, ClickUp, and Zoom.
Strong analytical skills with an ability to manage data and generate insightful reports.
Proactive, with an ability to anticipate needs and propose effective tech solutions.
