Job Summary:
We are looking for a Tech Virtual Assistant for one of our clients, Personnel Security Consultatns!The Tech Virtual Assistant is a core team member responsible for making sure the backend systems of the business are running smoothly at all times.
The Tech Virtual Assistant is primarily responsible in assisting attendees and potential attendees with registering for classes and providing logistical support for on-line training and in-person training activities. This includes all websites, email broadcasts, and implementing tech integrations. The Tech Virtual Assistant is also responsible for preparing training sessions and events, development of membership portal and training/learning platform, managing these systems and ensuring that client inquiries are addressed right away. This team member works closely with the CEO and our operations manager to address any technical issues and keep our systems updated.
A large part of this job is to work closely with the CEO and operations manager to address any technical issues, find ways to automate processes, and make sure our technology is built on intelligent systems and integrations.
To be successful in this role, you must have strong technical and problem-solving skills with a sense of urgency to get things done quickly and accurately. You need to be able to think through problems and make sure you build everything out intelligently with the end goal in mind, asking questions and doing research to gain clarity when needed.

Skills and Experience:
– Experience managing Membership and Learning Platforms
– Advanced knowledge of Zapier and other Automations
– Precise and detail-oriented
– Problem solver in finding solutions to technical snafus
– Clear-headed, quick-thinking and graceful in high-pressure situations
– Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
– Excellent communication skills (interpersonal + in writing)

Client Care Tasks For This Role:
– Manage member registrations, monitor training progress and issue training certifications
– Coordinate all social media activities through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other applicable sites.
– Other client support and administrative tasks
Tech VA Tasks For This Role:
– Troubleshoot technical issues across platforms and apps
– Setup, maintain and troubleshoot membership and learning platform
– Keeping CRM tags organized
– Set up email campaigns and broadcasts
– Make sure our Zapier integrations and automations are working properly
– Find ways to automate and simplify our workflow
– Manage client database, send out correspondence to attendees prior and after
training, and develops written communication as necessary without errors.
– Coordinates all activities for in-person activities and Zoom platform
– Prepare materials and provide support CEO during Training sessions
– Lead coordinator for the annual Fingerprint Channelers conference hosted by PSC and partners
Requirements:
– Full-time position, 40 hours per week, once fully trained
– Must be able to support CEO during US Business hours
– Minimum of 3 years of technical experience working online
