Job Summary:
Our company is seeking to add its next superstar to our small but mighty team! This individual is a core team member responsible for making sure the business’s backend systems are running smoothly at all times. This includes all websites (Showit), managing WordPress plugins (Elementor and Access Ally), email broadcasts (ActiveCampaign/Flodesk), tech integrations (Zapier) and maintaining metric dashboards (Klipfolio and compiling stats and data (Google Analytics and familiar with creating automations inside of our project management tool (ClickUp)..

The Tech Virtual Assistant is also responsible for the development of opt-in pages, thank you pages, scheduling email marketing campaigns, and tracking affiliate payments for launches and marketing campaigns. This team member works closely with the CEO and our operations manager to address any technical issues and keep our systems updated.
To be successful in this role, you must have strong technical and problem-solving skills with a sense of urgency to get things done quickly and accurately. With attention to detail and excellent communication skills to ensure that you understand the instructions given, ask questions when needed, and can report back to our team on issues in a direct and clear manner.

We also expect you to build out standard operational procedures to the processes created and systems used by our company and team.

Experience you must have:
– Advanced knowledge of ActiveCampaign
– Advanced knowledge of Showit
– Advanced knowledge of Zapier
– Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics
– Advanced knowledge of ClickUp (Bonus but not required)
– Advanced knowledge of automated email marketing campaigns
– Experience in WordPress websites, Elementor, and Access Ally plugin
– Experience in managing Google Suite
– Familiar with Katra software
– Precise and detail-oriented
– Excellent communicator
– Problem solver in finding solutions to technical snafus
– Clear-headed, quick-thinking and graceful in high-pressure situations
– Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
– Excellent communication skills (interpersonal + in writing)
– Flexibility to handle a changing workload
– Cooperative and dependable
– Reliable, punctual, and keeps commitments

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
– Updating, back-up, maintaining and troubleshooting website
– Keeping our CRM tags organized
– Set up email campaigns and broadcasts
– Troubleshoot technical issues across platforms and apps
– Make sure our Zapier integrations are working properly
– Maintain metrics dashboards on a weekly basis
– Track affiliate payments
– Find ways to automate and simplify our workflow
– Upload videos to our Vimeo channel
– Continuously update, write up and record videos to add to our standard operational procedures.
– Schedule email and social media posts
– Create websites for the new offers and launches
– Organize, schedule and send out emails for the launches and marketing campaigns

Requirements:
– At least 3 years of previous technical experience working online
– Part-time position at 20-30 hrs per week during CST time
– Available for meetings in the US CST time zone as needed
– Must be available to rush in to solve any tech issues the company runs into

Compensation:
$10-$12 USD/hr depending on experience
