Job Overview
The Tech-savvy Virtual Assistant will play a crucial role in assisting with various digital marketing tasks, including email marketing, social media management, and tech support. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for technology and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
Responsibilities and Duties
Provide administrative support to the digital marketing team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing documents.
Assist with email marketing campaigns, including list management, content creation, and performance tracking.
Monitor and engage with followers on social media platforms, responding to comments and messages promptly.
Provide technical support to team members, troubleshooting issues with software, hardware, and digital tools.
Assist with website maintenance tasks, including content updates, bug fixes, and performance optimization.
Research new digital tools and experience with automation, using CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel, Keep and Zapier to improve efficiency and effectiveness in digital marketing operations.
Assist with data analysis and reporting tasks, summarizing key metrics and trends for management review.
Proficient in marketing automation tools like Keap, GoHighlevel, etc.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Marketing.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a virtual assistant or in a related role.
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and social media platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.
Experience with website management tools and basic HTML/CSS knowledge preferred. Outstanding organizational and time management skills

Onboarding 8:30 am – 12:30 pm PST – 2 days
Training 8:30am – 12:30apm PST – 2-6 days
Compensation
USD $550 – $750 per month
