Tech Virtual Assistant (CRM Specialist)

We are currently seeking a Tech Virtual Assistant with a strong technical background and experience in using CRM platforms such as InfusionSoft, Ontraport, Salesforce, or Kajabi. Responsibilities:
1. Provide exceptional customer support by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving technical issues related to CRM systems.
2. Utilize your technical expertise to navigate and proficiently operate complex CRM platforms, including InfusionSoft, Ontraport, Salesforce, or Kajabi.
3. Perform sales page editing on WordPress websites, ensuring visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that drive conversions.
4. Create engaging and persuasive promotional emails using Ontraport, capturing the target audience’s attention and driving sales.
5. Generate and manage tracking links and affiliate links within the CRM system to monitor marketing campaigns effectively.
6. Track sales data and generate comprehensive reports, offering valuable insights for campaign evaluation and improvement.
7. Conduct outreach to podcasts, sending professional emails to secure guest appearances and expand the brand’s reach.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, with a strong focus on technical support and CRM management.
2. Proficiency in at least one major CRM platform, such as InfusionSoft, Ontraport, Salesforce, or Kajabi. Willingness to quickly learn and adapt to new CRM systems.
3. Strong technical background and familiarity with WordPress, enabling efficient sales page editing and customization.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive promotional emails and professional podcast outreach messages.
5. Attention to detail and organizational abilities, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of sales data.
6. Self-motivated and reliable, capable of working independently and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
7. Availability to work up to 20 hours per week, accommodating varying workload demands.
