Job Summary:
The Technical Account Manager (TAM) is a pivotal role within our digital marketing agency, responsible for onboarding new clients, addressing technical concerns, and ensuring seamless integration and ongoing satisfaction with our digital marketing solutions. The TAM serves as the technical liaison between the client and our internal teams, providing expert guidance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring our clients receive maximum value from our services.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with sales and project management teams to ensure a smooth transition from prospect to active client.
Conduct comprehensive onboarding sessions to understand client needs, objectives, and technical requirements.
Set up and configure client accounts, ensuring all technical aspects align with client expectations and agency capabilities.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary technical contact.
Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any technical issues or concerns.
Conduct periodic reviews to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
Provide expert technical support to clients, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams, including development, IT, and creative, to address complex technical problems.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions in the agency’s CRM system.
Guide clients through the implementation of digital marketing solutions, ensuring alignment with their business goals and technical infrastructure.
Assist clients in integrating our tools and services with their existing systems, providing technical documentation and training as needed.
Monitor and optimize client integrations to ensure they operate efficiently and deliver the desired outcomes.
Track and analyze the performance of implemented solutions, providing clients with regular reports and actionable insights.
Identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement in client accounts, and work with internal teams to address them.
Prepare and present detailed performance reviews to clients, highlighting successes, challenges, and strategic recommendations.
Develop and deliver training sessions and materials to help clients understand and utilize our services effectively.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to provide clients with up-to-date advice and solutions.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years experience in a technical account management role, preferably within a digital marketing or advertising agency.
Strong technical acumen with a deep understanding of digital marketing technologies, tools, and platforms.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
Experience with CRM software and project management tools.
Certification in relevant digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) is a plus.
