Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Technical Admin Lead. This role offers a unique opportunity for an aspiring applicant to shadow and learn from an experienced senior admin within our organization, the job requires a multi-skilled individual able to handle varying tasks from technical support, training, system building etc.

Key Responsibilities:
– Observing the daily activities and responsibilities of the senior administrator.
– Assist and cover the senior admin with various tasks, projects, and administrative duties as needed.
– Actively participating in meetings, brainstorming sessions, and decision-making processes under supervision.
– Learning and applying best practices in administrative procedures, time management, and communication.
– Collaborating with other team members and departments to support organizational goals and initiatives.
– Seeking opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and challenges to enhance learning and development.

Skills/Requirements:

Technical Proficiency:
– Click up: Data management, Project management, Data Tracking, Space planning and creation, dashboard creation and maintenance, Process Building.
– Proficiency in using office productivity software such as Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drawings, Form) and other relevant tools for administrative tasks, as well as the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software platforms.

Adaptability:
– Flexibility to work in different environments and handle diverse tasks ranging from administrative duties to project coordination, depending on the needs of the business.

Problem-Solving Abilities:
– Strong critical thinking skills to identify issues, propose solutions, and troubleshoot problems as they arise in various areas of the business.

Communication Skills:
– Good written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with team members, clients, and external stakeholders. This includes the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.

Project Management Skills:
– Basic project management skills to assist in coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion of projects across different areas of the business.

– Clickup (Data management and Project management)
– Google Suite (Documentation and Indexing)

Expectations:
– Active Observation: Pay close attention to the senior admin’s actions, methods, and decision-making processes during their day-to-day tasks.
– Asking Questions: Don’t hesitate to ask questions to clarify concepts, understand procedures, or seek advice on best practices.
– Taking Initiative: Show eagerness to learn by volunteering for tasks and demonstrating a willingness to take on challenges under supervision.
– Absorbing Feedback: Be receptive to feedback and actively work on improving skills based on the guidance provided by the senior admin.
– Setting Goals: Have clear goals for what you hope to learn and achieve during the shadowing period, and communicate them to the senior admin to ensure alignment.
