Technical Analyst

Department: Technical Division – End User Support Dept

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Analyst to join our End User Support Department within the Technical Division. The successful candidate will work on migration projects. This role involves using the AvePoint Fly tool, troubleshooting migration errors, and managing data migrations across various platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Execute and manage data migrations using the AvePoint Fly tool.
Troubleshoot and resolve any migration errors encountered during the process.
Create and update detailed reports related to each migration project.
Handle migrations involving Cloud, On-Prem, or VM servers, including moving or exporting data to Exchange or PST files.
Communicate directly with clients to address any inquiries or issues related to the migration projects.
Qualifications:

Experience working on migration projects for Exchange, SharePoint/OneDrive, Slack, Teams, and Dropbox.
Strong understanding of data migration processes from source to destination.
Knowledge of metadata and its importance in data migrations.
Proficient in using Excel to create comprehensive reports from raw data.
Hands-on experience with any migration tools; experience with AvePoint Fly tool is highly desirable.
Experience:

Proven experience in cloud and on-prem migration projects.
Familiarity with third-party migration tools.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office 365 applications.
Experience using Slack and Dropbox.
Experience with Autotask ticketing system is a plus.
