Main Responsibilities:

* Data Management: Responsible for populating and updating databases with relevant travel information.
* Problem Solving: Proactively identify technical problems and independently find solutions.
* Process Optimization: Suggest and implement improvements to increase the efficiency and user-friendliness of the tools.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure the tools meet the needs of both customers and the business.

Qualifications and Skills:

* Technical Proficiency: Strong technical foundation and the ability to quickly learn new tools.
* Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving ability and independence in work.
* Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Language Skills: Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
* Experience: Previous experience in database work, software development, or in a technical support role is preferred.
* No coding skills required.
