THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are looking for young, driven, and highly tech savvy individuals who want to have a career in the tech/operations side of business to join our fast-growing team and work in a flexible and high pace environment.
As the Lead of a rising tech team, you will be responsible for implementing and providing ongoing management of technology and systems integrations, automations and infrastructure, creating solutions to systems and data problems, and creating training materials to help the users navigate and use systems built. In addition, you will be responsible for setting up domains and inboxes, scraping leads and helping with ongoing inbox management requirements such as setting up and daily monitoring of outbound email campaigns across multiple clients.
You will be familiar with the following tech stack – SQL, Notion, Zapier, Apollo, Instantly, Ocean, Slack, Calendly, Hubspot, GoHighLevel, Linked-In Sales Navigator, Zoom, Google Workspace, UTM links, Click-Funnels.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
General Technical Capabilities:
? Filling out weekly marketing and sales scorecard based on metrics from platforms like Instantly, HubSpot, Calendly, Google Sheets – integrating data collection and reporting
? Creating custom dashboards for data tracking
? Setting up and fixing Zapier/HubSpot automations
? Setting up & adjusting Calendly events
? Setting up and adjusting HubSpot settings, properties & access when needed
? Managing access & accounts on gmail workspace
? Managing access, recordings & settings on Zoom/Fireflies
? Understanding of UTM link creation & tracking
? Recording training videos and documenting new software solutions for the team
? Setting up new software (signup, understand its functionalities, implement the overall plan as directed by the Chief Executive Officer)
? Coming up with potential solutions to tech problems
? Responsible for the technical setup processes and onboarding of new staff and clients (Google, Notion, Hubspot, Calendly, call booking automations, etc.)
? Responsible for quick resolutions of all technical issues
? Responsible for technical and systems based improvement initiatives
? Creating and edit pages in Notion
Front-end Lead Generation Technical Management:
? Scraping data using
? Scrape Lookalikes in Ocean
? Scraping data from LinkedIn Sales Navigator using Client Scraper and our own Scraping Tool
? Custom scrape websites using tools like Instant Data Scraper or Parsehub to extract information from websites
? Removing duplicates from the lead lists
? Cleaning the lead lists using tools like Neverbounce or
? Formatting company names in the lead lists
? Purchasing domains, porkbun
? Setting up email domains and inboxes for multiple clients (18-24 inboxes per client), managing client access, gmail
? Linking to email automation system, ensuring the integrity of emails and checking for inbox health, fixing blacklisted accounts – Instantly
? Assist Lead gen manager with one-off technical tasks
? Co-operating with the team using our Project Management tool – Notion/
? Post End-Of-Day Roundup
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
? Highly Tech-savvy – Notion, Zapier, Slack, Calendly, Hubspot, Zoom/Google Workspace, UTM links, Hyros, Click-Funnels, Apollo, Instantly, Ocean, GoHighLevel
? Experience working as technical assistant in digital marketing or E-commerce
? Regularly update knowledge and skills related to new tech capabilities and system updates, data scraping, cleaning, and management tools.
? Accurate completion of all tasks on time every day
? Good communication, both verbal and written, with response times within 4 working hours
? Fluent in English
? Ability to thrive in a dynamic and constantly changing environment
