Job Role:
As a Technical Assistant, you will manage inventory, provide top-tier customer support, and assist in daily operations. This role requires a deep understanding of our products, strong communication skills, and technical proficiency.

Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Handle inquiries about products, order status, shipping, and returns. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Inventory Management: Oversee inventory, monitor levels, and forecast needs.
Order Management: Handle order details, track shipments, and maintain our order management system.
General Assistance: Support various tasks based on your skills and our requirements.

Skills/Qualifications:
Excellent command over English, both spoken and written.
Understanding of inventory management principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (knowledge of VLOOKUP is a plus).
Strong problem-solving skills and a quick learner.
Exceptional organizational skills and multitasking ability.

Experience:
Experience in customer service, inventory management, and working with AI models like ChatGPT is highly desirable.

Working Conditions:
You need a quiet workspace, a computer with Microsoft Office, a headset for calls, and a reliable, high-speed internet connection.
