Salary – 320-400/mo USD (PART TIME)

join our team!
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
? Managing cold email campaigns in Instantly (judge performance according to KPIs
and report to manager on them)
? Scraping data using
? Scraping data from LinkedIn Sales Navigator using Client Scraper and our own Scraping Tool
? Using tools like Instant Data Scraper, Clay, or Parsehub to extract information from websites
? Removing duplicates from the lead lists
? Cleaning the lead lists using tools like Neverbounce or
? Formatting company names in the lead lists
? Manually cleaning the lists
? Co-operating with the team using our Project Management tool – ClickUp
? Setting up the technical elements of a cold email campaign
? Quality checking setup of Instantly accounts
? Linking the scripts from within ClickUp
? Setting up Calendly accounts
? Creating and configure workflows in Zapier and Pabbly
? Setting up Instantly accounts
? Creating and edit pages in Notion
? Setting up Apollo accounts
? Setting up cold email campaigns using
? Quality checking setup of domains and inboxes, as well as Inbox management
? Quality checking setup of Instantly accounts
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
? Highly Tech-savvy – the ability to work with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Google
Drive, Google Sheets, Zapier, Slack, Calendly, Click-Up and other tools
? Preferably experience working as a lead generator for a marketing, media or real
estate agency
? Good communication, both verbal and written
? Fluent in English
? Responsible and honest
? Positive and Empathic attitude
? Ability to thrive in a dynamic and constantly changing atmosphere

In the next stage, successful candidates will be invited to undergo a short video interview.
If the video is successful, you will be invited to an interview where you will be given a task to
discuss.
The hire will be given a list of tasks and responsibilities they should expect to have
proficiency over after 90 days. If they are the right fit and continue, then a 12-month roadmap
will be planned out for long-term growth within the company.
Hours:
Generally 9 am -> 1 pm Central time. In rare occasions, 1 pm -> 5 pm Central time, depending on what needs to be done. The hire will be notified the day before of any schedule changes. The hire will be expected to pick up critical issues both
off-hours and on weekends.
In return, the hire will be given flexibility during normal workdays provided their work is completed on time and to the company’s standards (For example, a doctor’s appointment mid-day is no issue provided it does not clash with critical meetings, and that all tasks are finished, etc.)
