Technical Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

– Work closely with development teams, using your hands-on experience to provide insights and clarify requirements.
– Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, utilizing your technical and analytical skills.
– Create and maintain clear, concise documentation that effectively communicates requirements to both technical and non-technical teams.
– Assist in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation, drawing on your practical experience to ensure project success.
– Facilitate effective communication between business and technical teams, ensuring a shared understanding of goals and objectives.
– Participate in user acceptance testing, leveraging your technical expertise to ensure accurate system functionality.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Web Developer with a strong technical background.
– Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.
– Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and process mapping.
– Strong analytical abilities, enabling you to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
– Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.
– Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
– Previous exposure to data analysis and visualization tools is advantageous.
– Relevant certifications, such as CBAP or technical certifications, are a plus.
