Client Overview:
*Our client, Cynthia, is a renowned champion of new technologies and innovative solutions addressing climate change and social impact. However, as a CEO of a rapidly growing company, she often faces a hectic schedule.
*So, she needs a unicorn who can help her revise reports and business proposals to ensure they maintain a professional tone and grammatical accuracy. Cynthia has this sweet character in her that you will love.

Client Requirements:
*Must have technical writing experience or something similar
*Must have strong written and verbal communication abilities
*Must have Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, and Excel experience
*Must like technical and analytical work.
*Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality control
*Must be able to work full time from 7AM-3PM or 8AM-4PM Central Time (US)
*Must be on calls, but you don’t have to be on camera or talk
*Business writing experience is ‘nice to have’
*Business or engineering degree is ‘nice to have’

Software tools used by the client:
*Microsoft Word
*Microsoft Powerpoint
*Microsoft Excel
*Adobe Acrobat
*ChatGPT and other similar programs

Responsibilities/Tasks
*Write and edit summary reports based on raw data provided by the CEO
*Revise and proofread risk analysis reports, sustainability reports, and other written presentations to make them more comprehensible while maintaining a professional tone
*Be able to compile technical data into charts and graphs
*Attend virtual meetings and note key points to create meeting minutes
*Potentially include helping with meeting presentation materials
*Writing articles for a LinkedIn Newsletter, blog, or other publications – based on topics and discussions with me and other outside research – to find out the most relevant information to present on different topics.
*Provide customer service, acting as a point of contact for clients- answering queries, and offering assistance. Previous experience in customer service is not required.
