Jobsphera LLC is seeking a Technical Candidate Sourcer to join our team!
Your daily responsibilities include sourcing, qualifying, validating (screening) and providing a list of qualified candidates to the Recruitment team.

Responsibilities
– Sourcing & pipelining candidates through online channels (job boards, internal database and professional networks)
– Engaging and attracting passive candidates using best practices and alternative search techniques
– Assisting in the recruitment and selection process including posting jobs, screening resumes and interview support
– Collaboration with the recruiting team to define sourcing techniques and strategies
– Building networks to find qualified passive candidates and coordinate candidate relationships during the selection process
– Create market research, talent mapping and comprehensive competitor analysis
– Provide an outstanding candidate experience through effective communications

2. Candidate Sorting:
– Review and assess all candidates to shortlist those who meet our requirements.
3. Communication:
– Initiate communication with shortlisted candidates.
4. Information Gathering:
– Engage with suitable candidates to gather necessary information.
5. Appointment Setting:
– Schedule appointments for selected candidates to discuss further with Hiring Manager.

– Information about salary expectations
– Information about notice period
