We are seeking a skilled Technical Copywriter to join our team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing comprehensive help desk content for our mobile application. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency and creative writing skills to deliver clear, user-friendly guides that enhance our users’ experience.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the product and support teams to understand the functionalities and features of our application.
Write, edit, and revise tutorial articles, FAQs, and help guides for the app users.
Ensure technical veracity and clarity of all help content.
Adapt tone and style to meet the needs of a diverse user base.
Participate in content strategy and planning sessions to optimize user assistance and support.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Technical Writer, Copywriter, or similar role in technology or advertising sectors.
Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Experience in creating content for mobile applications or digital platforms.
Strong research skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Contract Details:
