Job Overview:
We’re in search of a talented Creative and Technical Assistant who will be responsible for designing forms, setting up workflows, and managing various technical aspects for our clients. Your role will involve creating efficient systems, managing platforms, and providing creative solutions to enhance our client’s productivity and business operations.

Responsibilities:
-Design and create forms for proposals and lead capture using Dubsado.
-Set up and optimize workflows within Dubsado to streamline business processes.
-Configure and maintain Zapier integrations between Dubsado and other applications for seamless data flow.
-Create and manage Mailchimp automation, and polls, and implement coding for specific functionalities.
-Assist in the setup and maintenance of Teachable online courses.
-Provide maintenance support for WordPress and Squarespace websites.
-Build and customize Dubsado forms for efficient data collection and management.
-Create designs using Canva based on client requests.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
-Experience with Dubsado (or similar CRM), including form creation, workflow setup, and customization.
-Proficiency in utilizing Zapier to create integrations between various software applications.
-Familiarity with Mailchimp, including automation setup and coding.
-Basic understanding of Teachable for course setup and maintenance.
-Website maintenance experience with WordPress and Squarespace.
-Ability to design visually appealing content using Canva.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Excellent communication skills for client interactions and understanding their needs.
