Job Description

We’re looking to expand our customer technical support team. Super is a web platform that takes pages and content from and turns them into fast, high-performance, great-looking websites. We’ve been growing steadily over the last three years and are now at the stage where we need to grow our support team. We’re currently a team of seven people. We’re self-funded, growing and making enough profit to sustain our growth.

We need someone who can help customers with various issues, some of which are interesting as they require us to work out what the issue might be and support the customer on that journey. This role would also include helping to automate the mundane support issues so we can focus on the complex ones.

We’re looking for someone happy when they are helping others and applying their capabilities and knowledge in a technical customer support role. This is a Tier 1 role, meaning that there is backup support available for escalation, plus we’ll train you in our product and how to support customers. There is heaps of potential to grow in this role for someone interested in building a customer service and support career.

It is essential that you have experience in supporting web builder applications and that you have competency in CSS code.
