Liber Pharmaceuticals is seeking a driven, passionate and experienced go-getter to join our team.

Our mission is to help all Australian smokers quit and remain smoke-free as urgently as possible. We manufacture and supply Australia’s only pharmaceutical-grade Nicotine Vaping Product (NVP) into the domestic pharmacy channel and are currently stocked in over 2,200 community pharmacies nationwide.

As a newly created hybrid role, you’ll be a pivotal member of our team, reporting directly to the COO & CMO to o oversee and manage all aspects of our IT infrastructure and website. This includes ensuring the efficiency, security, and functionality of our digital assets, as well as driving innovation in our technology landscape. The direct result of your efforts will continue to enhance our our level of customer service/support as well as their overall experience, which will ensure Australians have the best possible chance at quitting smoking for good.

What does the role involve?
Reporting to the COO & CMO you will consistently deliver a exceptional technical expertise by driving the following business objectives:

– Optimize IT Infrastructure: Streamline and enhance our IT infrastructure to improve operational efficiency, security, and scalability.

– Website Management: Ensure our website is up-to-date, user-friendly, and reflects our brand identity effectively. Strong expertise in WordPress is essential.

– Google Workspace and Intranet Development: Build, customize, and maintain our Google Workspace, particularly Google Sites, to create and manage our Intranet effectively.

– HubSpot Integration: Utilize HubSpot tools for marketing automation, customer relationship management, and lead generation.

– Asana Automation: Implement Asana automation for task management, workflow optimization, and project tracking.

– Cybersecurity: Implement robust cybersecurity measures to safeguard our digital assets from potential threats.
Innovation: Introduce innovative solutions and technologies to improve our overall digital capabilities.

What kind of person are we looking for?
We are eagerly searching for a passionate IT Infrastructure and Website Management Specialist, someone deeply proficient in WordPress, HubSpot, and Asana automation. This role is not just about managing systems; it’s about orchestrating a symphony of innovation and efficiency in our digital world. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in crafting our technological future, ensuring our online presence is not just secure and seamless, but a beacon of our dedication to excellence.

Our ideal candidate will be able to use an array of skillsets as outlined:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
– Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure, WordPress websites, and Google Workspace.
– Strong expertise in HubSpot tools for marketing automation, CRM, and lead management.
– Proficiency in Asana automation for task management and workflow optimization.
– Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and tools.
– Proficiency in website development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and CMS platforms, especially WordPress.
– Expertise in Google Workspace applications, specifically Google Sites and Intranet development.
– Familiarity with cloud services, network configurations, and server management.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
– Strong communication and collaboration skills.
– Experience managing projects and tasks in cloud-based task management platforms,
– An incredible ability to prioritise own workload

– Be able to work independently as well as part of a team
– Be available for the odd weekend phone call and/or email response
