FAST Restoration is hiring a Technical Innovation Coordinator (TIC) to manage our technical systems and drive R&D initiatives.
Rate: Per month, Paid bi-monthly, BOE.

The Technical Innovation Coordinator plays a pivotal role in driving the organization’s technological advancements by identifying emerging technologies, evaluating their potential, and facilitating their implementation. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills to bridge the gap between cutting-edge solutions and real-world business needs. He/She must be a dynamic and results-oriented individual who plays a crucial role in identifying, evaluating, and implementing innovative technical solutions to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and competitive advantage for FAST Restoration. This position requires a strong understanding of emerging technologies, a passion for problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams and departments.

**Responsibilities:**

– Develop and implement innovative restoration solutions: Identify opportunities for improvement, research and evaluate new technologies, and lead the development and implementation of groundbreaking solutions that enhance restoration efforts.
– Maintain technical systems: Ensure the optimal performance and functionality of our technical systems, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades.
– Collaborate for process improvement and tech advancements: Foster a collaborative environment where diverse perspectives are valued. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and drive technological advancements.
– Oversee R&D projects: Manage R&D projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet budget, timeline, and quality objectives. Conduct risk assessments, monitor progress, and provide guidance to project teams.
– Conduct hands-on R&D activities: Actively participate in R&D activities, contributing your technical expertise and innovative thinking to the development of new solutions.
– Train staff on new technologies and processes: Develop and deliver training programs to equip staff with the knowledge and skills to effectively utilize new technologies and processes.

**Qualifications:**
– GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS IS PREFERRED.
– Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business administration, or a related field.
– Experience in a technical field, with a focus on innovation and project management.
– Proven track record of identifying and implementing innovative solutions.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Passionate about technology and its potential to drive positive change.
– Understanding of the restoration industry and its tech needs.
– Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
– Experience in a similar role within the restoration or related industry.
– Advanced degree in a technical field.
– Certifications in project management or related areas.
