Role Overview:
As a (3 Month Contract Hire) Technical Lead , your primary focus will be streamlining and automating processes across various web-based and desktop applications. Your expertise will be essential in reducing clicks and keyboard inputs, thereby enhancing productivity and user satisfaction. Your problem-solving skills will be put to the test as you face unique scenarios that require innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:
– Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within web-based and desktop applications.
– Develop and implement solutions to reduce manual inputs, clicks, and repetitive tasks.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration of automated processes.
– Lead the technical implementation of automation projects and ensure their successful execution.
– Document processes, solutions, and best practices for future reference

Requirements:
– Proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, etc.).
– Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
– Experience in streamlining processes and automating tasks in web-based and desktop applications.
– Problem-solving mindset with the ability to tackle unique challenges creatively.
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Interview Process:

– Technical Assessment: Shortlisted candidates will be given a technical problem-solving test. The test will involve a real-world scenario where you need to design an automation solution.
– Cultural Interview: We’ll have a conversation to understand your collaboration style, how you approach challenges, and for us to get to know you.
– Behavioral Interview: We’ll have a conversation to understand your collaboration style, how you approach challenges, and your ability to mentor others.
– Final Discussion: You will participate in a technical review where you’ll discuss your approach to the problem-solving test and elaborate on your findings. A final discussion will cover your availability, compensation, and the potential for ongoing collaboration.
