Job Overview: To reach our company goals, we are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Facebook Ads Specialist to join our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing company Facebook ad campaigns and testing through the Facebook ads manager.
This role is involved in the entire campaign cycle from start to reporting. This includes creating and testing new ads when applicable and targeting options, launching and overseeing campaigns, and scaling budgets while maintaining targeted KPIs.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for technical platforms such as (Clickfunnels, Facebook Ads, WordPress, ) as well as social media advertising and a keen interest in the ever-changing industry as a whole. You are able to quickly assess an account, work with our CEO to develop a strategy to improve results for the key metrics, and most importantly implement and improve on that strategy over time through testing.
We are currently running one campaign for our agency so you will work side-by-side with our CEO to help us finish the funnel/campaign, creating A/B tests when applicable, and ensure that our tracking is in place.
The ideal candidate for this position has a good understanding of social media and analytics in paid media with a strong discipline for driving conversions and delivering ROI. They are overly positive, hungry for success, love constant challenges, expert multi-taskers, and enjoy a fast-paced working environment.
This position is for you if you:
Have a combination of strategic thinking, analytical, creative, and communication skills
Have at least 2+ years of experience working in the ads landscape
Know how to set up pixels on WordPress sites (Elementor) as well as Clickfunnels pages and funnels
Can quickly gain an understanding of the business and brand
Have a knack for editing copy and design for the best ROI (Quick and necessary changes)
Like to work independently, but are still able to have regular team calls to check in on project statuses
Have a keen eye for attention to detail and you treat the work you do in your job with the same care as if it was your own company
Are proactive, flexible, results-oriented, and comfortable in a virtual, autonomous environment
Are great at weekly metrics and tracking to ensure we optimize and grow faster
Comfortable being the technical lead for the company and can execute on the lists of tasks provided by the CEO and team
This position is NOT for you if:
– You don’t have good time management skills
– You like to work in a vacuum and don’t like to consider or involve other team members
– You are not interested in testing and tweaking ads to get the best ROI
– You don’t like to tweak things on WordPress and/or Clickfunnel pages
Responsibilities and Duties:
– You will be responsible for tracking all of our campaigns week-in and week-out for booked calls and adjusting the campaign alongside the CEO for optimal results.
– Adjust pixels and pages on WP and Clickfunnels as needed
– Developing and executing effective Facebook advertising campaigns to attract cold audiences to our funnel and book calls with our sales team
– Optimizing ad creative, targeting, and landing pages to maximize ROI
– Conducting A/B testing and analyzing data to continuously improve ad performance and conversion rates
– Monitoring and reporting on ad spend, campaign results, and other key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
– Collaborating with Jay and the team to develop and execute on overall marketing strategy and goals
– Comfortable “geeking out” on all things technical for the company including looking at new tools and AI use cases
– Staying up-to-date with Facebook advertising trends and best practices to ensure our campaigns are always optimized for success

You can work remotely and have a strong and reliable internet connection
All project tasks, comments, time, etc will be tracked in the Project Management tool
You are willing to ask questions when you don’t understand something
You like to engage with your colleagues and have fun while working!
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in Facebook advertising, with a proven track record of success in lead generation and sales
Strong knowledge of the Facebook ad platform, including ad creation, targeting, bidding, and reporting
Experience with A/B testing and data analysis to optimize ad performance
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently to meet deadlines and achieve goals
Experience with a podcast agency and/or selling high-end services is a plus

We are looking for someone to start with us part-time to get ramped up. For the right person, we are looking for a long-term partnership so full-time is definitely on the table. We are looking to invest in your development as a FB advertising specialist and will be providing additional training to ensure you are going to level up in this experience.
We are looking to pay $12-$15 USD/hour depending on experience level and readiness to work with us for the long-term.
