Technical Marketing Manager

This role will be responsible for weekly marketing admin, reporting, troubleshooting and tasks inside our various SAAS products (GoHighLevel, Hot Prospector, Slack etc).

The tool we use is GoHighlevel which is what you will need to be most proficient with.

Google Workspace (docs / sheets / slides etc)

You will be working alongside an international, fast growing business coaching company. Our headquarters is in New Zealand, with staff in NZ, Australia, Philippines, Singapore, USA and Mexico (we have a team of 30!).

Key responsibilities:

Update weekly marketing reporting
Manually reconcile data
Submit and stay on top of support tickets on issues on our behalf
Scheduling emails (Go High Level)
Setup new funnels in GoHighLevel
Follow up salespeople to ensure they have entered required data
Manage phone numbers across various team members
Troubleshoot tech issues that arise within Marketing and Sales departments.

To be successful at this role you will:

– Have experience on the phone talking to Australians and New Zealanders
– Be an excellent active listener and conversationalist
– Be able to ask insightful questions and follow set processes
– Have impeccable english both written and vocal
– Have a high attention to detail
– Know how to use Go High Level and Hot Prospector
– Be able to manage bookings across timezones with leads coming from across NZ, AUS and North America.
