TECHNICAL MARKETING SPECIALIST
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, highly organized and tech savvy Technical Marketing Specialist to join Mirasee’s operations team.
The Candidate:
– The ideal candidate is highly organized and able to work independently and in a timely manner in a fast-paced environment. You love task execution and completion of technology-related tasks.
– The candidate should not just be task oriented. You should be someone who sees the bigger picture behind the tasks, understands why the task is being done and what the task is for, and therefore can fill in the blanks when working on the task, take initiatives and extra responsibilities when needed.
– You have a sharp eye on detail and can follow instructions clearly.
– You possess excellent communication skills and are comfortable communicating with team members to ensure that everyone is aware of project progress.
– Ultimately, the ideal candidate will be someone who takes pride in their work and strives to consistently deliver high-quality results on time.
The Role:
– Assist with the implementation and creation of automations (campaigns and/or workflows) inside Mirasee’s marketing tools (Hubspot, Keap/Infusionsoft, ActiveCampaign, Ontraport).
– Be the go-to person to build Mirasee’s web pages using their customized and company created dashboard. Basic understanding of coding is needed.
– Support in the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including spreadsheets and reports.
– Conduct research to inform technology decisions and strategy.
– Work with the team to implement project schedules.
– Provide administrative support to the operations team as required.
– Report on project progress & task completion to the Project Managers.
– Work with Mirasee’s MIST team for technical support.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a virtual assistant or administrative assistant.
– Experience building automations / workflows.
– Experience building and/or customizing web pages.
– Experience creating reports.
– Skilled at least one, but preferably more, of these: Infusionsoft, Hubspot, ActiveCampaign, Ontraport.
– Experience with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or Monday is a plus.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
– Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Access to a reliable internet connection and a computer or laptop.
Working Conditions:
This is a remote, full time (40 hours per week) position. The candidate should be available to work during some Central European time zone hours (6 hours behind PHT), and must be able to attend an “All Hands” meeting at 2:30pm Eastern time every Wednesday and an ops team meeting at 11am Eastern time also every Wednesday. The compensation will be a fixed monthly salary of $1000 USD.
Because this is a full time role, someone who doesn’t have any other jobs or commitment is preferred.
