Technical Operations Manager

We are looking for a Technical Operations Manager who will help our client solve day-to-day problems and operations, and make sure there are automation and systems around to support it.

As a Technical Operations Manager, below are your expected responsibilities
– Lead the implementation of automation projects that increase productivity in the organization.
– Manage and maintain the existing automations and tools that the company is using for internal and external fulfillment work
– Create, manage and use trackers and dashboards to track important KPIs and metrics of the business.
– Make sure the right data is collected in the trackers and dashboards.
– Manage company files, drives and documents to eliminate bottlenecks by making information to be always readily available
– Suggest and implement fulfillment process improvements.
– Able to provide recommendations for or implement automation on manual processes in a business to save time, reduce labor cost, and reduce mistakes.
– Able to document complicated processes and manage existing standard operating procedures.
– Look for and implement improvements on document management.
– Able to quickly learn on tools and applications being used in the business.

We are looking for below qualifications for our applicants:
– MUST HAVE: Great attention to detail and has excellent organizational skills
– MUST HAVE: Excellent background in using workflow automation tools like Zapier and GHL.
– SHOULD HAVE: An experience and background in coding like Python or Javascript.
– SHOULD HAVE: The ability to take an idea and create technical solutions out of it.
– GOOD TO HAVE: Canva or Design experience, video editing skills – preferred but not required.
(the client would offer a higher rate for applicants who have these added skills on top of above)
– MUST BE WILLING: To work on Pacific Standard Timezone – 8AM PST to 4PM PST or 9AM PST to 5PM PST.

This job is permanent work from home with a salary grade of $1,500 – $2,000. A more experienced applicant will have a higher offer depending on the skills and expertise he/she brings into the table!
