Agency Rocket Fuel is looking for an Operations Manager!

We are looking for aspiring applicants who have excellent operational and management skills who can stand as our client’s direct right hand man/woman in executing business goals and implementing day to day operations.
Not only that but you’d be helping an Agency Owner – who could be a dad, a mom, a young entrepreneur – have more time for themselves, and getting that work life balance they deserve!
Specifically, we work with owners of Digital Marketing Agencies that are struggling to get out of their day to day work. They’re drowning in the work, spending less time doing what they used to love – helping clients get results through Digital Marketing!
With that in mind, we’re looking for someone who’s excited for this opportunity to help people, build, manage and document their systems, and find ways to improve existing processes to make it easier and better for their agency (which you’ll be given training on).
This means we expect you to have an understanding and experience with softwares like Google Docs, Google Sheets, Zapier, Integromat/Make, Asana, Monday, ClickUp, Slack, among others.
Below are some of your major responsibilities:
– Manage the end to end execution of fulfillment process for client service delivery. This means managing the inputs and processes that lead to the output that we have committed to the clients and building our company systems through automations.
– Maintain automations and system build outs and ensure these processes do not break and are always firing
– Able to provide recommendations for or implement automation on manual processes in a business to save time, reduce labour cost, and reduce mistakes.
– Lead the implementation of projects that increase productivity in the organization.
– Create, manage and use trackers and dashboards to track important KPIs and metrics of the business.
– Make sure the right data is collected in the trackers and dashboards.
– Has relevant knowledge on Digital Marketing preferred.
You are what we are looking for if you have the following qualifications:
– Relevant knowledge and experience with Zapier or Integromat / Make.
– Experience in using Monday or other related PM app
– Has leadership skills and experience and can work with a team
– A high degree of autonomy and creative problem-solving abilities
– The utmost of integrity, both with clients and with colleagues
– A goal-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding expectations
– Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in fast-moving environments
– Excellent work ethic and can multitask with minimal supervision
This job offers from $2,000 – $3,500 monthly fixed rate.
