Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Technical Project Manager with a proven track record in managing technical projects. The ideal candidate will have exceptional written and verbal English communication skills and the ability to manage conflicting resources and priorities in deadline-driven environments. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a software project manager, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in WordPress, React, and web applications. The candidate must be willing to work during Pacific Time business hours and be available for 20 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

– Lead and manage multiple technical projects from inception to completion.
– Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
– Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring clear and consistent updates on project progress.
– Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes to maintain project momentum.
– Allocate and manage resources efficiently, resolving conflicts and prioritizing tasks to meet project deadlines.
– Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
– Ensure quality assurance and testing processes are followed to deliver high-quality products.

Requirements:
– Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a software project manager.
– Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
– Proven experience managing conflicting resources and priorities in deadline-driven projects.
– Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
– Experience with WordPress, React, and web applications is highly desired.
– Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
– Willingness to work during Pacific Time business hours.
