What we are looking for
SYNERJE Global Solutions is actively seeking an experienced Technical Proposal Writer for a full-time remote position, the Technical Proposal Writer will play a pivotal role in our team, responsible for the development, writing, and editing of proposals, documents, reports, Contract data requirements lists (CDRLs), and briefings targeted at a wide range of audiences. The successful candidate will excel in translating complex technical concepts into clear and concise language, with a particular emphasis on technical products and services related to contingency support operations, procurement, vehicle & MHE leasing & parts supplies, vehicle maintenance, facilities & life support, relocatable buildings, warehouse & storage management, and fleet management for both US Government, NGOs, and international customers.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• A minimum of 6 years of technical writing experience, including the preparation of documents, reports, CDRLs, and briefings for diverse audiences.
• At least 3 years of dedicated proposal writing experience, with a strong focus on technical products and services associated with contingency support operations, expeditionary logistics, procurement, vehicle & MHE leasing & parts supplies, vehicle maintenance, facilities & life support, relocatable buildings, warehouse / storage management, and fleet management for both US Government and international clients.
• A minimum of 3 years of proficiency in using Microsoft Office (including Project and Visio) or Google Suite.
• Must be Philippines citizen and located in Manila Philippines.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with HQ operations hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
• Excellent written and communication skills – 2 years’ experience summarizing data and outlining directions.
