Jobsphera LLC is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our team!
Your daily responsibilities include sourcing, qualifying, validating (running pre-screening interviews) in order to provide qualified candidates to our clients.
You will also network online with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for building a strong technical talent pipeline to help hire and retain skilled candidates for our customers’ IT and IT-related business positions.

Responsibilities

Sourcing & pipelining candidates through online channels (job boards, internal database and professional networks)
– Organize candidates into specific talent categories (pipeline)
– Handling clear resume reviews
– Running phone / zoom pre-screening meetings
– Conducting and running interviews with our clients
– Reference checks (when required)
– Foster long-term relationships with candidates by communicating with the intention of placing candidates with prospective employers
– Maintain relationships with the candidate community for referrals, and public outreach on behalf of JobSphera LLC
– Field questions from candidates on the JobSphera LLC delivery process and guide them through staffing cycle
– Follow up with candidates routinely

Need to post the vacancy and find one possible candidate based on provided requirements.
Steps:
1. Vacancy Placement:
– Post the vacancy.
2. Candidate Sorting:
– Review and assess all candidates to shortlist those who meet our requirements.
3. Candidates Validation:
-Validate candidates relevant CVs
3. Communication:
– Initiate communication with shortlisted candidates.
4. Information Gathering:
– Engage with suitable candidates and run pre-screening interview to gather necessary information.
5. Appointment Setting:
– Schedule appointments for selected candidates to discuss further.

You will provide us with one candidate who met requirements provided in position requirements (find below) and provide us with following information:
– Information about candidates experience(preferably product companies, rather than outsourcing companies, collaboration in projects with IoT devices, collaboration with projects starting from 50 people, experience in manual back-end testing, REST API)
– Information about salary expectations
– Information about notice period
– Conduct a candidates summary report
– Schedule a meeting between the candidate and Company manager Rafael()
