Responsibilities
In this role, you will undertake a variety of tasks to ensure the delivery of top-notch candidates to our clients:
Candidate Sourcing: Actively seek out senior-level, specialized candidates in the tech industry through diverse channels, such as networking, referrals, and industry-specific platforms.
Candidate Evaluation: Thoroughly screen and interview candidates to present the highest-quality options to our clients.
Client Consultation: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop customized recruitment strategies.
Industry Expertise: Stay updated on the latest industry trends and assessments to effectively evaluate candidates against industry standards.
Client Portfolio: Cultivate and maintain a client portfolio by offering expert consultation and ensuring repeat business.
Lead Generation: Generate leads and acquire new clients by leveraging your professional network and contacts.
Candidate Engagement: Network both online and offline with potential candidates to enhance our employer brand and attract top professionals.
Role Understanding: Work closely with clients to comprehend role requirements and identify the most suitable candidates.
Job Postings: Create and publish technical job descriptions on specialized IT job boards, social media, and other relevant platforms.
Candidate Shortlisting: Source, screen, and compile shortlists of qualified candidates for various technical roles.
Interviewing: Conduct interviews using various methods, including structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions.
Candidate Pipeline: Establish and maintain a candidate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Networking: Actively participate in tech conferences and meetups to expand your network and connect with IT professionals.
Industry Awareness: Stay updated on emerging technological trends to engage in strategic discussions with clients regarding future hiring needs.
Requirements
Demonstrated work experience in recruitment, preferably as a Technical Recruiter.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT or Tech recruitment.
Proficiency in various interview formats, including virtual platforms like Teams, Zoom, and Google Hangouts.
Technical expertise enabling you to comprehend and communicate job requirements for IT roles.
