Bookipi is seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in startup environments, a proven track record in full-cycle recruitment, and specific expertise in hiring full-stack and front-end developers. The Technical Recruiter will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our product development and engineering teams.
Responsibilities:
1. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
2. Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online channels, networking, and referrals, to identify and attract top-tier talent.
3. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers.
4. Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
5. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
6. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive landscape.
7. Assist in developing and refining job descriptions and interview processes to optimize hiring outcomes.
8. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to stakeholders.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter in a startup or high-growth environment.
3. Demonstrated success in recruiting fullstack and frontend developers across various levels of seniority.
4. Proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
5. Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and technologies relevant to software development.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
7. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
8. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with a distributed team.
9. Familiarity with salary banding and compensation negotiation best practices.
