HireArchi, an Agilitec Company, specializes in recruitment and HR services, connecting Filipino professionals across various industries with American companies seeking remote employees. We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter with a background in recruiting for MSP companies to support our end-to-end recruitment process and serve as a liaison between HireArchi and its clients.
Objectives:
-Recruit candidates primarily for technical positions and occasionally for administrative roles.
-Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure only the most qualified individuals are presented to clients.
-Advise clients on hiring strategies and customize recruitment efforts to meet their needs.
-Stay updated on industry trends to evaluate candidates according to current standards.
-Network with potential candidates to promote our brand and attract top talent.
-Foster positive relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
-Manage the complete recruitment process for clients.
-Prepare and post job advertisements on the company’s job search platforms.
-Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for technical and admin positions using the company’s assessment tools.
-Oversee and update the company’s job search and social media accounts as well as the employment assessment application.
-Conduct interviews using various methods (e.g., structured interviews, technical assessments, behavioral questions).
-Build and maintain a robust candidate database to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified applicants.
-Handle all necessary records and paperwork.
-Process job offers, conduct background checks, and manage candidate onboarding.
-Address concerns from clients and candidates.
-Perform other related tasks as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
-Proven experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
-Successful track record in recruiting for technical roles.
-Proficiency in conducting interviews via multiple formats (e.g., Teams, Zoom, WhatsApp).
-Competence in using Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and other O365 products.
-Experience with job search sites and social networks for recruitment.
-Knowledge of Boolean search is a plus but not required.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Tenacity, resourcefulness, and a strong ability to build a network.
