As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a critical role in our company’s success by sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent. Your primary responsibility will be collaborating with hiring managers to identify current and future staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to fill open positions. In this role, you will use your expertise in technical recruitment to identify top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other sources. Additionally, you will maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Ultimately, your success in this role will be measured by your ability to hire top talent within tight timelines and contribute to our company’s overall growth and success.

Role and Responsibilities

Work with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect each role’s required skills and qualifications.
Use various sourcing techniques to identify and attract top technical talent, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates’ qualifications and interest in the position.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and assist in selecting, providing guidance and recommendations as needed.
Conduct reference checks and negotiate job offers with selected candidates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reporting, including applicant tracking and candidate pipeline management.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external recruiting partners.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least three years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in the technology industry.
Demonstrated experience using various sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent.
Proven ability to manage the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer stage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of HR laws and regulations related to hiring and employment.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software tools.
