With a remote first approach and long established relationships you’ll be joining an experienced and high performing team. Our clients are both commercial and government and we pride ourselves on an outstanding level of customer service.
This role is for an experienced technical ICT recruiter who can quickly add value on sourcing existing and upcoming roles. You’ll need to have agency experience recruiting ICT roles across either Australia, USA or EU
If you’re a hands-on recruitment team leader then that would also be an option for us!

You’ll be capable of working independently and demonstrating a level of urgency when it comes to contract recruitment.

Hourly Rates plus great commissions per successful placement as bonuses

What you’ll be doing day to day:
• Attending online briefings with the director on new roles
• LinkedIn searching and messaging
• Speaking with candidates on the phone and qualifying them
• Responding to and qualifying candidates who have applied
• Shortlisting and preparing submissions
• Organising interview times and locations with candidates
Other things we’re working on ( that you can be a part of and learn):
• Implementing automation and email marketing
• Integrating established software to improve efficiency
• Developing software to make recruitment easier!
Your Experience:
• Minimum 5 years ICT recruitment experience
• Experience recruiting technical roles within the ICT space- developers, business analysts, DevOps, Cloud Engineers, Scrum Masters etc
• Comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience working for an agency
• Experience working on contract roles would also be an advantage
