Identified as one of the top 100 fastest growing private businesses in San Diego, California by the SD Business Journal, HNM Systems is a rapidly growing, people-driven Communication Information and Emerging Technology staffing and consulting firm.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Program Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work remotely for those that reside in the Philippines and collaborate with our US-based team members.

Responsibilities:
• Screen sourced applicants on positions of IT Technical Nature, such as Software Developers, Technical Program Managers, Data Scientists and Analysts/Administrators.
• At times, you may source for candidates of the same, technical nature.
• Communication with our clients, interview scheduling and coordination and candidate debriefs.
• Assist with data entry, organization, and maintenance of recruiting candidate and customer information in our applicant tracking system. (ATS)
• Generate and maintain reports on business metrics.
• At times, assist our People Operations team, who coordinate candidate pre-employment screening processes.
• Provide administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
• Be a point of contact/liaison, properly routing candidate/client performance concerns to our internal business partners.
• Assist with HNM Marketing initiatives and sales prospect reporting efforts.
• Help drive data cleanup efforts across multiple platforms.

Qualifications:
• Associates Degree or higher, in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Ideally two+ years as a Recruiting Sourcer/Screener/Project Coordinator, preferably with US-based staffing firms.
• Experience screening English speaking India-based candidates, highly preferred.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), with experience in Bullhorn preferred.
• Strong data entry/cleanup skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with HR and recruitment best practices and legal requirements in the Philippines and the United States.
• References that can speak to your ability to perform in a remote environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Flexibility to coordinate work around needs of the business, ideally PM hours to support the US and India book of business.
