We are looking for a motivated Technical Sales Executive with a proven track record in sales. As a Technical Sales Executive at Blockpass, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing sales deals. You will play a critical role in promoting our blockchain solutions to businesses, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive their digital transformation. Responsibilities:
Actively seek out and engage with potential customers to generate leads through outbound calls and inbound calls to create a robust sales pipeline.
Managing customer support inquiries and resolving customer tickets.
Understand customer needs and pain points, and effectively communicate how our blockchain solutions can address their specific challenges and deliver value.
Conduct thorough market research and identify target industries and companies that can benefit from our blockchain solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts.
Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our blockchain solutions.
Collaborate closely with the Director and the rest of the internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and provide feedback on market trends and customer requirements.
Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to proactively identify new business opportunities.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years experience as a Salesperson in B2B sales, PREFERABLY in the technology or software industry.
Comprehensive Knowledge of Sales Processes and Proficient in Sales
Support Functions
Exceptional Organizational Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization.
Exceptional Eye for Detail
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Strong Command of its Features
Expertise in Utilizing Sales Software (Mastery of Zendesk Sell is Essential)
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
