Job Description

is a leading online retailer specializing in industrial valves and related products. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Virtual Salesperson to join our team. As a Virtual Salesperson, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth by proactively reaching out to potential customers via phone calls and emails.

Responsibilities:
Proactively make outbound phone calls and send emails to potential customers to promote ’s products and services.
Identify leads for through online available sources (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers through effective lead generation techniques.
Provide product information, pricing, and technical support to potential customers to assist them in making informed purchasing decisions.
Follow up on leads and quotes to close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and customer service skills.
Collaborate with the sales team and management to provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Update and maintain customer information, sales activities, and progress in the company’s CRM system (Pipedrive).
Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively engage with potential customers.
Participate in sales training and development programs to continuously improve sales skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with potential customers.
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle objections effectively.
Familiarity with industrial valves or related products is a plus.
Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.
