We are on the hunt for a technically savvy Outbound Hunter Tech Sales Engineer Assistant with a passion for technology and sales. This unique position is geared towards individuals with an engineering background who are proficient in using ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, and Salesforce, especially ZoomInfo for daily tasks. Your engineering insight will play a pivotal role in identifying potential leads, optimizing our sales strategy, and helping us navigate the complex landscape of Fortune 500 companies.

Key Responsibilities
– Leverage ZoomInfo to its fullest potential to scout for contacts within Fortune 500 companies.
– Skillfully use SalesLoft to craft and manage email campaigns, incorporating contacts into cadences with precision.
– Diligently maintain a daily updated Google Sheet with potential leads for strategic outreach.
– Engage with identified contacts on LinkedIn, using your technical acumen to craft messages that resonate.
– Execute in-depth research on target companies, analyzing industry, company, and hiring trends to prepare insightful accounts notes for 8-10 companies daily.
– Apply your engineering knowledge to understand and articulate the technical nuances of our product, an identity orchestration software similar to VMware and Kubernetes.

Requirements
– College degree in engineering or a related field; MBA candidates or those completing their degree will receive additional compensation.
– At least 1 year of experience in tech sales, engineering, or an assistant role where technical products were a key focus.
– Strong proficiency in ZoomInfo and SalesLoft; basic knowledge of Salesforce.
– Exceptional writing skills in English at a college level, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
– Adept at conducting thorough research and possessing the keen ability to uncover leads and understand their technological needs.
– Comfortable handling a high volume of email communications (30-40 per day), tailoring messages to different tech personas.

Preferred Qualifications
– Direct experience with identity orchestration software, MFA, SSO, and familiarity with the challenges faced by Fortune 500 companies in updating legacy applications.
– A background in identity engineering or related fields is highly valued.

Bonus Structure
– A rewarding $50 bonus for each meeting set due to your groundwork and outreach, paid monthly following company compensation.
