Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English and be adept at engaging with our U.S.-based clients. This role focuses on recruiting IT talent within the United States to meet the needs of our American clients.
Responsibilities:
Candidate Recruitment and Retention:
Source, evaluate, and review potential IT candidates through cold calls, job boards, social networking, and our internal database.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ skill sets, work history, and salary requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients.
Maintain accurate and organized candidate records.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified IT talent for current and future client needs, ensuring we always have the best minds ready to drive our clients’ success.
Be well-versed in key technologies and skillsets including AI, Development, Analytics, ERP, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, Data Science, and Machine Learning.
Placement Activities:
Match top-tier candidates with client job orders, ensuring a perfect fit for both parties.
Facilitate contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent placements.
Maintain ongoing contact with IT professionals on contract assignments to ensure exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently.
Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by quickly addressing and resolving any service issues.
Lead Generation:
Generate leads and gather market intelligence to support new client development efforts.
Maintain and nurture relationships with candidates to gain industry insights and secure referrals and new business opportunities.
Meet and exceed weekly business development goals, driving the growth of our client base and expanding our reach.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to communicate effectively with American clients.
Familiarity with American business culture and communication styles is preferred.
Proficient in using recruitment tools and platforms.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Availability to work during Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours.
Must be available for candidate calls, team meetings, and client meetings, and be able to present themselves professionally on camera during those times.
Own a laptop and have a reliable internet connection, as all of our apps can be accessed on the web.
Desire for long-term employment with growth opportunities, including potential leadership roles, as we expand.
