We offer a range of services, including manual SEO audits, collaboration with client developers for SEO implementation, keyword research, SERP/competitor analysis, and comprehensive SEO progress reporting.

Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, remote Technical SEO specialist at Straight Up Search. In this role, you will be pivotal in examining technical issues, providing innovative solutions, and overseeing the technical aspects of our SEO initiatives. Responsibilities include collaborating with developers, conducting thorough site audits, and optimizing website traffic. You will also be instrumental in keeping our strategies aligned with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates.

Responsibilities

Perform in-depth technical SEO audits (site speed, mobile usability, etc.).
Collaborate with marketing, content, and IT departments to integrate SEO strategies.
Generate detailed SEO reports, translating complex data into actionable insights.
Manage multiple SEO projects, ensuring timely and effective implementation.
Maintain regular interaction with clients, including strategy presentations and query resolution.
Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and participate in professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

Proven experience in search engine optimization and web analytics.
Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and web development principles.
Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMRush, Moz (primarily Ahrefs and Search Console).
Skilled in using SEO analysis tools for problem identification and solution formulation.
Exceptional analytical skills to discern patterns, trends, and insights from complex data sets.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective cross-functional and client interactions.
Ability to work remotely and collaborate efficiently with team members and clients.
Experience with various Content Management Systems (CMS) is necessary – Shopify, Magento, WordPress.

Logistics
Salary between PHP 20,000 – 30,000 depending on experience
Fully remote role – based anywhere in Philippines
Permanent / 40 hours per week
3 month probation period
You will work alongside other SEOs and report to the Director
Weekly content team meetings / Monthly full team meetings
