Job Description:
As a Technical Software QA Tester at RealCheeky, you will play a critical role in testing our existing and upcoming applications, including Agent SideKick and SideKick Docs. You will work closely with our development team to identify, report, and resolve bugs, and ensure that all features function correctly across multiple devices and platforms. Knowledge of React programming language is a significant plus, as is experience in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute test cases to diagnose issues and bugs, creating robust and repeatable testing procedures.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure that all aspects of testing are covered and that comprehensive test plans are implemented.
• Engage in both automated and manual testing to ensure the software’s functionality and user interface meet design specifications.
• Maintain documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software.
• Analyze test results and track software testing metrics like defect densities and open defect counts.
• Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience.
• Participate actively in software design reviews to provide insights from a testing perspective.
• Work closely with developers to recognize the potential for any operational issues, assess risks, and resolve issues before the new software versions are released.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Software QA Tester or similar role in software testing and quality assurance.
• Knowledge of programming languages, particularly React, is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with automated testing tools.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
